The pictures below are from the Easter Sunday sap collection
Lets see, you stockpiled 20 gallons yesterday and I put away 2.5 gallons. That means I have 9% of the company stock. So if we boil today, I should have enough syrup for 2 waffles tomorrow! Sweet! I gathered 3 gallons today and left the burner at your place. However, I forgot to bring over the propane tank.... Until tomorrow- Tim

Hooray!!! Remember, I make a MEAN Belgian waffle - chock full of wild, low-bush blueberries - that would go awful well with your syrup.
