This is the site of "The Frances Maple Syrup Experiment 2009". I thought it would be nice to have someplace to post pictures and update everyone on the progress we have made.

Looks like a nice set up you have going. I have about the same size pan on my evaporator but it is not divided so it is just a batch machine. Does yours flow continuous? Love to see a diagram or picture to figure out how to divide mine.
